Bu metin, ATA YAPI Cam Balkon Sistemleri’nin bu sitede kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) çerçevesinde anlatır. İletişim Bursa ve aşağıda yazılı telefon, WhatsApp ve e-posta üzerinden yürür.

Keşif formu

Sitenin sunucu tarafında veritabanı yoktur; form verisi bu siteye kaydedilmez. Ücretsiz keşif formunu gönderdiğinizde tarayıcınız WhatsApp’ta hazır bir mesaj açar ve mesajı siz gönderirsiniz. Formdaki alanlar: ad soyad, telefon, il ve ilçe, hizmet türü, yaklaşık m², açıklama, adres ve gizlilik onayı.

Amaç ve hukuki sebep: Keşif randevusu, ölçü ve teklif hazırlamak (KVKK md. 5/2-c, bir sözleşmenin kurulmasıyla doğrudan ilgili olma). Bilgileriniz pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü kişilere satılmaz. WhatsApp penceresini kapatırsanız mesaj bize ulaşmaz.

Saklama süresi: Teklif sonuçlanmazsa yazışmalar makul süre sonunda silinir; iş yapılırsa garanti ve yasal yükümlülükler süresince saklanır.

WhatsApp, telefon ve e-posta

WhatsApp ve telefon bağlantıları Meta (WhatsApp) ve telefon operatörünüz üzerinden gider; yazışmalar bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik kurallarına da tabidir ve yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. E-posta gönderirseniz ileti sizin ve bizim e-posta sağlayıcımız üzerinden iletilir.

Tarayıcıda tutulan bilgiler

  • ata-quote-ok (sessionStorage): Form gönderildiğini teşekkür sayfasına bildiren zaman damgası. Ad, telefon veya adres içermez; sekme kapanınca silinir.
  • ata-quote-href (sessionStorage): Açılır pencere engellenirse hazır WhatsApp mesajını teşekkür sayfasında bir kez göstermek için tutulur ve okunur okunmaz silinir.
  • ata-lang (localStorage): Seçtiğiniz dil (TR/EN).
  • ata-yapi-content-v1 (localStorage): Yalnızca yönetim panelini kullanan kişinin tarayıcısında oluşur; başka cihaza veya sunucuya gitmez.

Haritalar ve üçüncü taraf içerik

Hizmet bölgesi ve konum haritaları açık kaynaklı Leaflet kütüphanesiyle (unpkg.com) gösterilir; harita görüntüleri OpenStreetMap sunucularından (tile.openstreetmap.org; bu sunucuya erişilemezse yedek olarak Esri — server.arcgisonline.com) yüklenir. Fotoğraflar Unsplash CDN’inden, yazı tipleri Google Fonts’tan gelir. Bu sunuculara bağlanırken IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgisi ilgili sağlayıcıya iletilir. “Google Haritalar’da aç” bağlantısına tıklarsanız Google’ın kendi kuralları geçerlidir.

İsteğe bağlı analitik (Google Analytics 4)

Ölçüm kodu yalnızca site sahibi geçerli bir Google Measurement ID (G- ile başlayan) tanımlarsa yüklenir; tanımlı değilse Google etiketi eklenmez. Tanımlıysa IP anonimleştirme açıktır; telefon, WhatsApp, keşif düğmesi ve form gönderimi gibi olaylar ad ve telefon içermeden sayılır.

Çerezler

Sitede reklam çerezi yoktur. Analitik etkinleştirilirse Google Analytics çerezleri kullanılabilir. Tarayıcınızın ayarlarından çerezleri ve yerel depolamayı her zaman silebilirsiniz.

Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)

Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme ve itiraz etme haklarınızı yukarıdaki e-posta veya telefonla iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuzu en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.

This website belongs to ATA YAPI, which installs glass balconies, winter gardens, pergolas and aluminium joinery in Bursa. As data controller, we can be reached at:

Survey form

The website has no server-side database; form data is not stored by this site. When you submit the free survey form, your browser opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message which you send yourself. The form fields are: full name, phone, province and district, service type, approximate m², notes, address and privacy consent.

Purpose and legal basis: arranging the survey, measurement and quote (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, necessary for entering into a contract). Your details are not used for marketing and are never sold. If you close the WhatsApp window, the message does not reach us.

Retention: if no job follows, messages are deleted after a reasonable period; if work is carried out, they are kept for the warranty and legal retention periods.

WhatsApp, phone and email

WhatsApp and phone links go through Meta (WhatsApp) and your phone carrier; conversations are also subject to those services’ own privacy rules and may be processed on servers abroad. Emails travel through your email provider and ours.

Data stored in your browser

  • ata-quote-ok (sessionStorage): a timestamp telling the thank-you page that the form was sent. It contains no name, phone or address and is deleted when the tab closes.
  • ata-quote-href (sessionStorage): kept only if a pop-up was blocked, so the thank-you page can show your prepared WhatsApp message once; deleted as soon as it is read.
  • ata-lang (localStorage): your language choice (TR/EN).
  • ata-yapi-content-v1 (localStorage): created only in the browser of the person using the admin panel; never sent to another device or server.

Maps and third-party content

Service-area and location maps are displayed with the open-source Leaflet library (unpkg.com) and map tiles load from OpenStreetMap servers (tile.openstreetmap.org, with Esri — server.arcgisonline.com — as a fallback). Photos load from the Unsplash CDN and fonts from Google Fonts. Connecting to these servers shares your IP address and browser details with those providers. If you click “Open in Google Maps”, Google’s own rules apply.

Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4)

The measurement code loads only if the site owner configures a valid Google Measurement ID (starting with G-); otherwise no Google tag is added. When enabled, IP anonymisation is on, and events such as phone, WhatsApp, survey button clicks and form submissions are counted without names or phone numbers.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics cookies may be used. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with and object to processing by contacting us via the email or phone above. We respond within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.

Changes

We update this page if the site or our contact channels change. The current version is always at this address.
